Version of 2026-11-01. These terms govern access to and use of the Cookhuddle website (the “Site”), published by [TO COMPLETE : name of the publisher (person or company)]. By creating an account or using the Site you accept them.
1. The Site
Cookhuddle is a cooking community in French, English and Spanish: members publish recipes and photographs, and the Cookhuddle Editorial team publishes a catalogue of recipes from around the world. Some features are reserved for signed-in members; others may be switched on or off by the publisher.
2. The editorial catalogue
The recipes published under the name Cookhuddle Editorial are cross-checked against several documentary sources. They have not been tested in our kitchen: follow the precautions given in each recipe (cooking to the core, raw eggs, frying…) and adapt the times to your own equipment.
The photographs of this catalogue are either photographs under a free licence, credited on the credits page and under each image, or images generated by artificial intelligence, listed on the credits page (the image's alternative text says so).
3. Your account
You create an account with an e-mail address that you control and verify. You must be at least [TO COMPLETE : minimum age to create an account] years old. The information you give must be accurate; your password is personal and you are responsible for the use of your account. Two-factor authentication is available: we advise you to turn it on.
You may ask for your account to be closed, then for your data to be erased, at any time by writing to ferme.layadi@gmail.com: closing is reversible, erasure is irreversible and only happens after a minimum of 30 days.
4. Your content
The recipes, photographs, comments and messages you publish remain yours. You guarantee that you hold the rights needed to publish them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
You grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence, limited to the time your content is published, to host it, display it on the Site, resize and crop it for display, and make it available to other members, including so that other members can translate it when that feature is open. This licence transfers no ownership. [Scope and duration of this licence: to be validated by the lawyer.]
5. Photographs: declaration of rights
Each time you add a photograph you confirm that you hold the rights needed to publish it (you took it, or its author gave you permission) and you accept these terms. This confirmation is recorded with its version and date. Do not add a photograph you do not hold the rights to.
An image generated, or substantially altered, by artificial intelligence must be declared as such when you send it, by ticking the box provided: it then carries an “AI image” mention. Omitting this declaration breaches these conditions; the publisher may mark or remove the image. [Wording to be validated by the lawyer.]
6. Rules of conduct and moderation
Forbidden: unlawful, hateful, violent or discriminatory content, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited promotion, publishing other people's personal data, and any infringement of third-party rights.
Any content can be reported from the “Report” page. The team may hide or remove content, and restrict or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Reporting unlawful content or an infringement of your rights
Use the “Report” page or write to ferme.layadi@gmail.com giving the address of the page concerned, the reason for your request and your contact details. We examine reports and reply within a reasonable time.
8. Liability
Members' content is published under their responsibility. The Site is provided as it is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The allergen information entered by members is declarative: if you are allergic, check the ingredients yourself. The food-safety precautions of each recipe must be followed.
Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher's liability is limited. [Clause to be validated by the lawyer.]
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the current version and its date are at the top of this page, and important changes are announced to members. [TO COMPLETE : governing law and courts (clause to write with the lawyer)]
